Thanks Rebecca! I hope they are useful. There were a couple others I was going to include but Substack was warning me that I was about to hit the maximum email length. Eek!
Ah, that pesky warning - LOL! Actually, I *coughs* just ignore it... I'm not sure for how many Substackers this is the case, but I very rarely read a post in my e-mail program anyway - I much prefer to read on my web browser, and of course regardless of how long a post might be, it's accessible on there in its entirety. Here's what Substack have to say about it: https://support.substack.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038866571-Why-does-it-say-Post-too-long-in-the-post-editor-
Love it! What you are describing is a “process” to process “failure”. Something that could be considered a failure could be a huge success if viewed in the context of a different set of criteria.
Unfortunately we are programmed to constantly focus on the outcome, not on the process.
I applaud you for sharing your experience in such a personal way.
Thanks Naveen! This means a lot. Yes - once I shifted to focusing on the process, that made a significant difference. You just gave me an idea for a future post....
Thank you, Chris, for this toolbox! I shall be putting every tool within it to use. Such a great follow-up for part 1 - wonderful!
