Loved this first time around, and read 'The Midnight Library' on the strength of it - thank you so much, Chris.

I really appreciate it, thank you! Have you read any of his other books? I'm working through The Comfort Book now.

Love a life changing book!

I’ve had the quote “if you can dream it you can do it” unintentionally (at first) by my side for more than ten years.

I enjoy the “day-tight compartments” thought. It goes right along with my focus on being present (if I’m understanding it correctly)

It came from Dale Carnegie's book, How to Stop Worrying and Start Living. Yep, it means to live in the present and close off the past and the future.

I love this post, dude! I will check that book out too. Really insightful 7 lessons you give, I'm biased to #2 - I do this all the time. Also - for people like me who have kids but are also divorced, I've gotten asked things like 'do you regret marrying ___" and I'm like NO! Just because the outcome seemed bad, I have these wonderful kids! In an alternate universe, they wouldn't exist and I'd be sad about that! :)
