Always a great topic and one I think we all need the reminder for...I know I do. My dog's social media gives me so much joy but it's also sucking me back into mindlessly scrolling again. There are only so many pug posts one really needs to see in a day so it's time to revisit some unplugging rules for me for Instagram 😂
