Welcome to the third edition of the Hello, Adversity Monthly Newsletter for paid subscribers. I hope you had a great July.

When I first thought of doing an end-of-month post, I failed to consider the 1-in-7 chance that the last day of the month would fall on the same day as my regular Wednesday posts. Oops.

Fortunately, I noticed this scheduling quirk ahead of time and wrote this in advance.
